So, I guess you hate the taste of water because you think it’s bland and boring… and I totally get this because I couldn’t stand it either.

I was used to bubbles, flavor, and fruity sugary stuff.

Water is the best thing you can drink.

In fact, it’s the only drink that is natural to our environment.

Don’t add flavors because they are chemicals which do really crazy things like hyper stimulate your taste buds.

This makes “normal foods” like healthy, natural fruits and vegetables taste bland and boring.

So, you want to cut out these chemicals.

Your taste buds will return back to their normalized state and water will taste better.

Reveal The Thin Within

Here is a delicious tip to “jazz up” your water:

  • Take a big jar or pitcher
  • Slice up a mixture of fruits you love like lemons, limes, grapefruits, oranges, or cucumbers
  • Infuse these in water into your jar or pitcher
  • Let it sit in the fridge and drink it throughout the day

That’s the healthiest way to get flavor in your water, in fact, it’s the only healthy way to do it.

So, stay away from those crazy chemicals because they do all sorts of bad things to your taste buds.

Go with natural flavors like healthy fruits.
